After being nominated by the client, C8 undertook the mechanical and electrical refurbishment of the Rocquettes Hotel main kitchen. The project is now complete with work including commercial kitchen ventilation design, specialist task lighting, plumbing & gas services to the new appliances and large power distribution modifications integrating with the existing hotel supplies.
