C8 were appointed as the mechanical contractor for the conversion of the old caretakers flat to new refurbished offices. Works included new plumbing systems, ventilation systems and the installation of new Daikin VRV air conditioning fitted into the exposed existing roof frame, connected to fabric duct socks to effectively distribute the conditioned air. Precise care was made to ensure the exposed system was in keeping with the aesthetics of the new layout.
