We were appointed as the M&E contractor for the strip out and replacement of the entire building to a very high specification, including BIM design and drawings. The fit out of the four-story building was completed in record time to ensure tenants could exit their existing buildings on time. One of our largest projects to date, we designed and installed all air conditioning and ventilation systems, power distribution, UPS systems, leak detection systems, fire alarms, lighting and Building Management Systems (BMS) to enable control and monitoring of the building set points from anywhere in the world.
