A CAT B fit out, which was combined with an ongoing landlord refurbishment AC replacement scheme. We were tasked with the removal of existing lighting and power services and replaced to the client’s scheme in conjunction with the AC replacement for the landlord, along with new plumbing services to the breakfast bar/kitchen.
