Following on from the Market Street toilets C8 were appointed as the M&E contractor for the redevelopment of M&E Inner Street viewing gallery, central bar area and the Guernsey Weigh shop area. works included new lighting throughout, metered power installations for individual units, fire alarm systems, sprinkler alterations to comply with building fire strategy, water services to the central bar and the full fit out of the commercial kitchen.
