C8 have recently refurbished a 1700m2 floor at Trafalgar Court for the new tenant Estera. For mechanical elements, the floor has new air conditioning units, with updated BMS controls, new kitchens with instant boiling and chilled water taps, new local ventilation and sanitary items to the newly fitted client WCs and leak detection systems. Electrically, we have fitted new lighting controls, low energy LED lighting throughout the office, bespoke lighting laid out to a high specification in the boardroom and client areas and replacement power distribution systems. Our design team were heavily involved from the onset to ensure that we met our clients brief and requirements for the project.
