The M&E refit of Skipton’s 3rd floor office at Tudor House was awarded to C8 due to our technical design expertise. The total refit includes new offices, comms room, board room and large staff kitchen. The air conditioning engineers at C8 worked tirelessly to reconfigure the AC system to reuse as much as possible and provide efficient temperature control to each room and the open plan office. New extract systems from the kitchen and comms room complement the existing ventilation system to keep the movement and high quality of air needed in the working environment. Our electricians made the necessary modifications to the lighting and power throughout the floor to accommodate the new office layout.
