C8 were appointed by Sarnia Hotels for the full mechanical & electrical fit out of their brand new, state of the art, commercial kitchen at the Rocquettes Hotel. To adhere to the planning regulations and client requirements, a huge amount of design from the experienced team was inputted. The work included commercial extract air from cooking areas and fresh air supply to replace it, ensuring a much improved working environment from the previous kitchen. All new energy efficient lighting and power for the working environment throughout. The new electrical infrastructure is located in the new extension so required a temporary power supply during the project. The new infrastructure has been fully futureproofed as per the client request to make future additions easier to install. There is also all new staff area with canteen and shower & changing facilities improving the working environment.
