The Coop were impressed by our technical ability and client portal for our job management software and excellent reporting functions. C8 have been awarded the mechanical contract in St Peter Port House in Saumarez Street. The existing old care takers flat is now being converted and extended to office facilities to match the remaining use of the building. Works includes new VRV air conditioning systems, ventilation, domestic water and replacement sanitaryware.
After a successful tender bid C8 were awarded the contract to replace the LTHW and chilled metering system within Regency Court. Working closely with property agents D2, C8 will be removing the redundant system and replacing with a new metering system consisting of mechanical flow meters linked to specially designed software capable of remote login to assist D2 in accurately billing the tenants on usage of the systems.

Eastbourne House is a 27,000ft2 4-storey commercial building with an underground car park. C8 have been awarded the contract for a full strip-out of all mechanical and electrical services and the fit out of the offices for the new tenant Ravenscroft Investments, installing new market leading, efficient systems. The electrical work will include new LED Lighting with efficient control systems, under floor power track connected to local desk power solutions, new Mains Distribution with metering system to monitor consumption for individual areas, Gent Fire alarm system, full building Intruder System, intercom, Salto door access, CCTV and automatic water leak detection. The mechanical systems include new Daikin VRV Air Conditioning systems to all floors designed to utilise Guernsey Electricity’s Economic Heat Pump Tariff, full office supply & extract ventilation system using heat pump technology and heat recovery to control temperature, car park extract, dedicated toilet extract, hot & cold water services including instant water boiling taps at each tea point, above ground drainage, sprinkler systems and Building Management System for monitoring of services. The project aims to complete February 2019.

C8 complete the mechanical and electrical installation on the prestigious fit out at Royal Chambers for Mourant Ozannes. C8 have been employed by Ravenscroft construction and have worked closely together to bring this impressive fit out to fruition in a matter of a few months, on time and within budget. The next phase of the project is now nearing completion, with the rotunda currently being fitted out.
C8 complete the electrical, fire and security installation at the high end Victorian town house, for international accountancy firm PWC. Having installed the services, C8 now maintain the mechanical and electrical systems.
