We are seeking a Service Desk Administrator to help maintain our increasing portfolio of maintenance clients. Applicants need good communication skills, both in writing and verbally, coupled by a good level of IT. This role would suit someone who is focused and organised and is able to work with minimal supervision.
Day to day duties:
Answering telephone calls
Logging service calls from clients on our job management system
Liaising with engineers and managers to attend to jobs and reporting back to clients
General office administration
